Return Policy.
You need to contact us by email (mac@macbookcase.com) and get a RMA number before you return your order to us and you need to meet all of our conditions. Otherwise, our customer department won't be able to process your refund. We will ship your order back.
These are the conditions:
1. You need a RMA number (Contact us first to get the RMA number)
2. Plastic wrapper cannot be unwrapped.
(If you tried the case on without the plastic wrapper, the order will incur damages, such as scratches on the surface, where it becomes defective. We stand firm on this policy in order to provide the best possible service for our customers.)
3. You need to return it within 7 days from the date you received the order.
4. After we inspect the return product, we will refund you without Paypal fee and shipping fee.
