Delivery Options
We ship from Los Angeles.
We recommend USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail as the best rush-shipping
values available.
We ship to all US States, APO, FPO, Canada,
and all countries
USPS Delivery Confirmation: You will get your tracking
information by email as soon as the order is shipped! Orders shipped by
USPS will receive a Delivery Confirmation number.
SHIPPING DETAILS We ship Monday thru Friday,
sorry no shipping on weekends or US holidays. Payments received before 1:00PM(PDT)
Mon thru Fri will ship that same day for USPS shipments (excludes US holidays).
Payments received after our cutoff time will ship the next business day.
Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable. Combined shipping available on multiple
items ordered. The quoted delivery times above are only estimates starting
from the day after shipment. Although it is uncommon, delivery times may
be longer than quoted. Tracking may not be available for some US territories
and APO/FPO addresses. PayPal eChecks must clear prior to shipment.
Daily Express Shipping Cut-Off Time
For all domestic express shipping services, our daily shipping cut-off time
is 1:00PM(PDT). After 1:00PM(PDT), all orders with express shipping requests
will be processed on the next business day and we do not ship orders over
the weekends.
Change / Cancellation Of Shipment
Customers may make a change or cancel order as long as the order has not
yet been shipped. Please contact us by email immediately
during our normal business hours to make any changes or to cancel orders.
If your order has been shipped out, you will have to wait until you receive
the package and contact us to get the RMA number before return. As we process
the orders with great care and concern accordingly to the customers' requirements
and specifications. In return, we would like the customer to treat the purchases
seriously.

USPS (US Destinations)
- USPS Priority Mail : Most packages arrive
in 2-3 days not counting the day we ship, and Saturday
is not a normal delivery day.
However, while generally very reliable, USPS Priority Mail
does not guarantee 2-3 days, particularly during the December
holiday season.
Packages normally delivered in 2-3 days for most customers
in major metropolitan areas.
Allow an EXTRA day for customers not serviced or near a
major metropolitan area.
The USPS has a special 1:00PM(PDT) pickup at our location
for all its Priority MAIL packages.
Priority MAIL requests received AFTER 1:00PM(PDT) but before
1pm will still ship out "same day", but may not
meet delivery time committments.
- USPS Express Mail : not counting the
day we ship, and Saturday is not a normal delivery
day, arriving in one day after our day of shipment
to most zip codes.
Some very rural area codes, however, require two days to
arrive. (Please see the United States Postal Service site
at www.USPS.com and check the delivery time using our "ship
from" zip code of 90017 and your own "ship to"
zip code if you'd like to know before you ship.)
The USPS has a special 1:00PM(PDT) pickup at our location
for all its EXPRESS MAIL packages.
EXPRESS MAIL requests received AFTER 1:00PM(PDT) but before
1pm will still ship out "same day", but may not
meet delivery time committments.
We will NOT accept responsibility, nor offer refunds for
packages delivered "late" by the USPS.

The United States Postal Service provides Priority Mail shipping as
a speedy solution to get packages across the country in just a few days.
USPS (International Destinations)
- USPS Priority International Mail : Delivery
in 6-10 postal business days, not guaranteed.
Packages normally delivered in 6-10 days for most customers in
major metropolitan areas.
Allow an EXTRA day for customers not serviced or near a major
metropolitan area.
- International shipments are processed via USPS Priority Mail
International shipping service unless customers specify other
carrier or freight forwarder services.
The typical transit time for Priority Mail International shipments
is 6 - 10 Days from US customs to the local customs.
Due to higher restrictions, safe guards, and customs inspections,
some USPS Priority Mail International shipments may take longer
time to arrive.
